This is an interdisciplinary workshop will bring together researchers from  Philosophy, Linguistics, and Comparative and Developmental Psychology to present recent work on the pragmatics of communication (linguistic, prelinguistic, and nonlinguistic) and conversation. In addition to the speakers, we will have the following invited discussants: Mark Jary, Stefan Kaufmann, Bill Lycan, Craige Roberts, and Catherine Wearing, .
