In the 2nd RUB-UFMG workshop in Philsophy of Mind and of Cognitive Science, philosophers from the Ruhr-Universität Bochum and from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais will discuss topics including the nature of phenomenal consciousness, rational capacities in perception, indexicals and second person thought, and the nature of pain. 

Each talk takes roughly 30' followed by a 10' commentary and finally an open Q&A session.
