The 2025 West Coast Plato Workshop will be dedicated to Alcibiades I and will take place on May 16-18, 2025, at the University of California, San Diego.
The workshop will be in person. Anyone interested in participating can submit an abstract or volunteer to give a comment on a paper. Submissions should consist of two separate pages: (i) the title of the paper, name(s), academic rank(s), affiliation(s), and email contact(s) of author(s); (ii) title and 500-word abstract prepared for blind review. Submissions should be double-spaced in 12-point font. Word or PDF formats only.
Refereeing for submissions will be double blind. Early career researchers and members of underrepresented groups in philosophy are encouraged to apply. I am delighted to announce that Cinzia Arruzza (BU) and Fiona Leigh (UCL) will be keynote speakers.
